My husband recently brought my (impossibly) tangled necklace in, hoping that we’d have some luck getting it fixed. Not only did they get the necklace untangled, they stayed late and made my husband feel comfortable while he waited.

Sander and the jeweler who did the sizing for our rings were super kind, offered professional service, and are very knowledgeable. I am not a ring wearer but I recently got married and they sized my wifes rings and my wedding band. I did notice my wedding ring was slightly too tight when I contacted them they asked me if I was wanted to come in at that moment. Which I love and they sized it correctly the 2nd time on spot in a few minutes for no extra charge.
