Shipping & Returns


We do our best to ship all in-stock items within a few business days of your order. We only ship Tuesdays-Thursdays, and will notify you of any outstanding delays. We will do our best to make reasonable accommodations if requested. If you have specific requests, please let us know in your order comments or contact us immediately via email or by phone Tuesday - Saturday, 11am-6pm PST. At this time, we only ship domestically, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Your billing addresses, however, may contain a PO box number.


We will gladly exchange unworn items in pristine condition within 10 business days of purchase for in-store credit when accompanied by original receipt. We are unable to provide any cash refunds. Custom, sale, discounted, and special order items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Please let us know how we can better serve you in the future. All discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
