FedEx Standard Shipping - $25 (Domestic Only)

We want you to wear your beautiful jewelry as soon as possible! We do our best to ship all in store items within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Orders placed before 2pm Tuesday-Friday will be shipped out that same day. If for some reason there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as we know! 

If you have specific time requests please let us know in your order comments or contact us through the contact form. We will do our best to make accommodations. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. 

At this time, we only ship domestically, including Hawaii and Alaska. If you wish to ship international please contact us here

P.O Boxes 

Currently, we do not make shipments to P.O Boxes. Billing addresses may contain P.O Boxes.


Returns

Here at Alchemy we want you to walk out our door confident and delighted about your latest treasure. In the event of a return, we accept within 10 days from the date you received your piece, either in store or in the mail.

The item must be in new condition, unworn and in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit, less shipping charges, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. After the 10 days, any return is eligible for an exchange or in-store credit. The return shipping cost, including the appropriate insurance, is the responsibility of the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs with insurance for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom and/or Special Order Items

Both custom and/or special order items are final sale only and are not eligible for exchange or return. Our artists put their heart and soul into each piece that comes out of our studio. Please be mindful of their time and artistry.
Any claims regarding damaged or defective items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

 

Sale Items

All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund.
 

Exchanges
