Shipping & Returns


We do our best to ship all in-stock items within 2 business days of your order. We will notify you of any delays. We will do our best to make accommodations. If you have specific time requests please let us know in your order comments or contact us through the contact form. 

At this time, we are only shipping domestically, including Hawaii and Alaska. If you wish to ship international please contact us here. Currently, we do not make shipments to P.O Boxes. Billing addresses, however, may contain PO boxes.


We will gladly exchange items within 10 days of purchase for in-store credit when accompanied by original receipt. We are unable to provide any cash refunds. Custom and/or special order items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Returns can only be authorized by calling us at 503-227-8373. If approved for return, jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, and in its original packaging.

All sale or discounted items (such as clearance, as-is, or if any coupon or promotion has been applied) are final sale, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.
