This is a very sweet and elegant Kent Raible pendant from his 'Tiny Treasures' collection, which is part of his limited edition 'Studio Collection'. Although much smaller than most of Raible's work, you see the fine detailing here. The way this piece is designed and constructed has all the Raible trademarks.
Then you have all the detail surrounding the gem: four gold balls, giving the shape more interest and dimension, and a step down to yet another layer of gold! The Bale is never an afterthought for Raible, even in his tiniest of creations. Here you can see not only the elegant tapered shape, but also the subtle curve with the granulation held within.
