What Can I Expect From My Custom Design Appointment?
Each design starts with a 30 minute - 1 hour consultation with one of our expert designers. During this time we will work together to discover the style that matches your vision. Every custom piece is designed, cast, set, and finished on-site in our studio.
Following your consultation you will be sent the proposal and/or image renderings of your design and once approved a 50% deposit will be required to start production. Gemstones are also paid in full to reserve for your design. Once the design process is complete, we will begin production! Please allow 6-10 weeks for production time. If less or more time is necessary we will provide you with that information as soon as we are made aware.
How Do We Connect?
Once you select a date and time, you can select the most comfortable way you would like us to connect — phone, email, or a 40 min Zoom.
In-Store Covid-19 Policy
Oregon is doing a good job containing Covid-19. In keeping with this trend, we require everyone to wear a mask. We have complimentary masks available if you need one.
No more than 2 customers will be allowed in the store at a time.
Please stay home if you feel sick or have potentially been exposed to Covid-19 and seek medical attention.
